Our bright, 108 m² apartment in Sitio de Calahonda, a charming town in Andalusia, southern Spain, offers you a comfortable and stylish home during your stay on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is located approximately 2.2 km uphill in a quiet urbanization, perfectly situated midway between Fuengirola and Marbella in the municipality of Mijas.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle, electric citrus juicer, and microwave (upon request). Pots, pans, crockery, and glasses are also provided.
- Living Area: Enjoy a modern, cozy corner sofa and a dining area with 6 chairs and a table. Entertainment is provided with two flat-screen TVs (50 and 55 inches) as well as free Wi-Fi and satellite and internet TV. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units for both cooling and heating.
- Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with beds measuring 2 m x 1.80 m each, which can be converted into single beds (1.80 x 0.90 m). Both bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes offering ample storage space.
- Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
- Outdoor Area: A large balcony with beautiful views of the sea and coast, featuring a comfortable rattan lounge. Additionally, you can enjoy the pool area within the urbanization.
